limited time promotional balance transfer rate is 4.90%
for VISA Gold or 9.90% for VISA Classic based on review
of application and credit history. Purchases and cash
advances will remain at the standard variable APR of
9.90% for VISA Gold cards and 14.88% for VISA Classic
cards. Promotional period ends 12/31/08. After this date,
the standard variable purchase rate of 9.90% for VISA
Gold or 14.88% for VISA Classic will be applied to any
remaining balance transfer amount. However, if you default
under any Card Agreement that you have with us, we may
automatically increase the rate on all balances (including
any promotional balances) to a variable default rate
of 13.90% for VISA Gold or 18.90% for VISA Classic cards.
You must continue to make payments required by the terms
of the account from which you are transferring a balance.

any late fees or finance charges assessed by your creditors.
When you transfer balances, finance charges will accrue
from the transaction date, and are processed as cash
advances. If the amount of your transfer would cause
your balance on this account to exceed your credit limit,
then the portion of the transfer that would bring your
balance up to your credit limit will be made. |
